Water plays a significant role in our body. That is why it is advisable to drink sufficient amount of water every now and then. Despite water's key role in our health, most people do not drink enough water. There are people who are still ignorant of water's benefits and importance.

Water removes toxins and other unhealthy substances in our body. It washes away waste.

Water acts as a solvent that moves nutrients, hormones, and antibodies through our bloodstreams.

Water also increases the metabolic function in our body as well as in improving liver function.

Drinking enough water will help all your organs function and work well.

Having not enough water can lead to dehydration. Drinking eight glasses of water everyday is advised. But if you are overweight, it is recommended to drink more. Moreover, if the climate is hot or you exercise intensely there is a need to drink more than the advised eight glass.
